Identify the specified systems already in buildings or affected by the building work. The compliance schedule lists the building’s specified systems and the inspection, maintenance and reporting procedures needed to keep them in good order. The system defaults your selections from your building consent to the form.

Information for each specified system must be provided by those who are technically-qualified to provide it. See how to add other participants to collaborate to create a high-quality application.
Is there an existing compliance schedule? Select Yes if there is a compliance schedule for the buildings affected by this project and provide schedule number and storage address.
Does your building work involve or affect any specified systems? Select Yes if there are:

existing specified systems in the buildings affected by this project, whether they will be affected (removed or modified) or remain unchanged

new systems to be added
For each specified system, please identify:

Existing - the system already exists in the system and is not changed by the planned building work

Modified - the system already exists in the system and is affected by the planned building work

Added - the project will add this system

Removed - the system existed but the project will remove the system

n/a (default) - this system does not exist and will not be added
When you select Modified or Added, you must also provide:

Performance standards - reference the NZ standard that describes the performance standard the system must meet

Inspections, maintenance & reporting - reference the NZ standard that describes the inspection and maintenance procedures and reporting schedule with which the system will comply to ensure it functions as intended

Responsibility - identify those responsible for ensuring these standards are met
